- All products listed on the Global Mall will be shipped directly from the vendor.
- It is not possible to request a shipping company.
- The shipping method and cost associated will be solely dependent on the vendor, product, and/or service.
- Purchasing products from various vendors may result in different delivery dates and costs.
- An email with the subject “Order Shipping Information” will be automatically sent to your email address.
- Through the email confirmation number, you can contact the shipping company regarding delivery status, changes to the delivery address and date, and cancellation.
- Deliveries to remote islands may take longer.
- Overseas delivery is still currently not available.
- For delivery during long holidays (Golden Week, Obon holiday, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.), please contact the vendor directly.
- Changed to the shipping address can be done through the account setting.
