  • Through the email confirmation number, you can contact the shipping company regarding delivery status, changes to the delivery address and date, and cancellation.
  • Deliveries to remote islands may take longer.
  • Overseas delivery is still currently not available.
  • For delivery during long holidays (Golden Week, Obon holiday, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.), please contact the vendor directly.
  • Changed to the shipping address can be done through the account setting.
