Q1. How can I become a partner with The Global Mall?
Becoming a partner is simple. Visit our website, scroll to the bottom to find the Partner section, and submit your application. Approval may take 5-10 business days, and you'll be notified of your status via email. Ensure all documents are complete to avoid delays.
Q2. Is there a contract period for selling on The Global Mall?
No, there is no contract period. Partners are free to exit at any time. However, any violations of our policies during active sales may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Q3. Are there penalties for partners?
Currently, we do not impose penalties. However, accounts that fail to pay any necessary fees, such as annual renewal fees, may be suspended until payment is confirmed.
Q4. Can I join if my store and bank account names differ?
For security reasons, the names on your store and bank account must match to join The Global Mall as a partner.
Q5. Are there limits on the number or type of products I can sell?
Partners can list an unlimited number of products, provided they comply with Japanese law and platform guidelines. Restricted items, such as alcohol, are not permitted for sale.
Depending on the products you handle, you may also need to submit additional documents.

If you wish to sell the above products on Global Mall, you must submit copies of the necessary licenses and permits.

Q6. What are the fees for joining and operating on The Global Mall?
When you sign up as a Global Mall Partner, the membership fee will be waived for the first year. You’ll only pay the Annual Partner Fee of 26,400 yen (tax included) for the 2nd year, and the Annual Partner Renewal Fee of 19,800 yen (tax included) thereafter. Transaction fees only apply upon successful sales.
Q7. Do you offer fulfillment or logistics support?
We currently do not partner with third-party logistics or fulfillment services. Partners are responsible for shipping items based on their own store policies.
Q8. How are orders fulfilled on The Global Mall?
Each partner is responsible for shipping products according to their established policies and ensuring orders reach customers on time.
Q9. What is the difference between shipping and pickup items?
Shipping items are delivered to the customer's specified address, while pickup items refer to products or services customers collect directly from the physical location, such as in-store pickups or service locations.
Q10. Can I refer other businesses to become partners on The Global Mall?
