Global Mall will not be directly involved in transactions between Global Mall partners and customers. Please contact the Global Mall partners directly regarding returns and refunds, and promptly follow the appropriate procedures.

To contact the seller, go to Account Profile, scroll to the bottom and click on “Orders”, then after going to “Order Details”, click on “Contact Seller” to view the contact information and policy.



Please select all items you wish to in the “Order Details” section and proceed to the confirmation page.

Upon receiving your request, we will contact you via email. If your global partner approves your return, you will receive the below instructions.

  • Provide a shipping address.

  • Email regarding Information on returning goods and Completing refund procedures will be sent to your registered email address.

Global Mall is not directly involved in transactions between Global Mall partners and buyers. To cancel your purchase, please contact the Global Mall Partner directly.

Select the product you want to cancel from Order Details and select Cancel Product.
Enter information such as the reason for cancellation and submit your cancellation request to the store.
Our Global Mall Partner will review your inquiry and decide whether to cancel.
